This project involved doing usability testing and redesigning an existing website through a user-centered process to optimise interaction. I chose to do it on the National Lottery website as, due to COVID-19 and social distancing, I noticed my grandmother worrying about getting her tickets. She wanted to be safe and not go out to get them, but at the same time she had no confidence in getting them online as she was worried she would do something wrong.

Please note that this project was done at the end of 2020 and the findings and redesign recommendations may or may not still be relevant depending on whether the National Lottery website has undergone any changes since.
